A tug? Really?
I am sitting on an airplane. Not moving anywhere. Why? The pilot just came on the intercom to tell us that we are waiting on a tug. Are we a boat??? Come on! Off to Arizona. Hopefully the weather is better there than it is here!

A Post From Yore
A while ago I posted about an article I read posted somewhere on YCombinator. It was a list of ideas they would like to see addressed in new startups.   Well, I went digging around, googling around really, and “re” found what they said: “Online learning. US schools are often bad. A lot of parents realize it, and would be interested in ways for their kids to learn more. Till...

Education on the Internet!
Continueing my train of thought form yesterday and developing on this idea of producing Internet TV… The more I learn about blip.tv the more I really like blip.tv! They seem to be positioned in such a way that really speaks to what I was talking about yesterday… in fact they have it all pretty much setup with advertising revenue sharing and all.  What is a little sad is that I am just...

The future of TV is online, duh!
TV is dead.  Long live TV! Seriously, TV is dead.  Ok, maybe this is an overstatement, but I think Internet TV will be on the rise, and fast.  I believe Internet TV will be the next YouTube craze, Internet video on the TV, yay! Right now there are a growing number of services like hulu.com and the big networks streaming video services are making this happen slowly but surely. ...

Year in Ideas 2008 - NYTimes →
I thought this piece was very VERY interesting.  While I usually do not care for ‘year in review’ articles, this piece really makes you think about what was going in in the world this past year.  (also is layed out really well)

Cool "Thingy" of the Day!
Cooliris | Discover More I just found out about Cooliris.  All I can say is “cool!” It is a plugin for Firefox that lets you browse web content in an interesting, 3Dish sort of way. Recomended App.

A question to my readers...
I am thinking about changing this site, but I am curious what my readers think… Do you think I should leave things the way they are? Do you think I should switch to a more static, traditional site about me? Or… Do you think I should push technology and try and form some hybrid of the two? Leave a comment and tell me what you think!

The Sushi Wars: Can the Bluefin Tuna Be Saved? -... →
I once read a book titled “Cod” which was about the history of the fish and the demise of the Cod population due to overfishing.  This Time article caught my eye because it was the second time in as many weeks that I have heard that Tuna might be heading down the same road.  Sad.  I like tuna.  If its on a menu, I’ll have to eat it now… you never know when your next tuna...
